AEW & WWE Files For New Trademarks, Chad Gable Reacts To KOTR Loss AEW & WWE Files For New Trademarks Both AEW and WWE have applied for new trademarks according to PWInsider‘s Mike Johnson and Steven Fernandes. All Elite Wrestling applied to trademark “All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite” while WWE has filed for “The Disrespected” and “Boa.” The Dynamite one is of note, as AEW previously applied to trademark ‘Wednesday Night Dynamite’ in June; the company also applied to trademark “Tuesday Night Dynamite” in November 2018, which was before the promotion publicly announced plans for their television program or status.
